How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Support within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
Textbook Return
Textbooks may be returned within 45 days of shipment date provided:
Customer must notify the company within 30 days of shipping date of intent to return
The customer prepays a 10% restocking fee within 45 days of shipping date. This will be charged in order to reclaim original freight charges included in the textbook price, plus the Bookmasters restocking fee.
Books must be returned within 15 days of approval.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges to return books.
Books appear to be unused and are undamaged.
Software Only Return
Software may be returned within 45 days of shipment date provided:
Customer must notify the company within 30 days of shipping date of intent to return
The customer prepays a $100 restocking fee within 45 days of shipping date. This will be charged in order to reclaim original freight charges included in the price, plus the Bookmasters restocking fee.
Software must be returned within 15 days of approval.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges to return software.
Software package must be unopened.
Product Changes and Transfers
The customer will be allowed to change software packages provided:
Customer must request permission to change products within 30 days of shipping date
All changes are subject to the same terms and conditions as above for return of original textbooks or software.
There will be no changes or transfers of software after 30 days from the shipping date.
When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
